My grandfather, James, instilled in me at a young age that technology is the future. Ever since I could sit upright, my grandfather placed me in front of a computer. I owe every bit of my tech-savvy skills to him, and I know that I would not be here without him. In addition, my technology skills have taught me all about the marketing world and the 'secrets' behind becoming successful. I graduated from VCU in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. However, after I moved up to Northern Virginia, I quickly realized that it wasn't the field for me.
I began my journey in the real estate industry in early 2017, gaining valuable insights from some of the top professionals in the Richmond area. As I developed my skills, I was fortunate to dive into the marketing field. My passion for technology, combined with my IT background & eye for design, has positioned me as a dynamic force in the industry.
I successfully scaled my current company's social media presence by nearly 200%, enhanced brand recognition, and helped grow the team from 7 to over 65 agents. Now, I’m eager for a new challenge and ready to apply my expertise in a different industry to continue learning and driving transformation.
